My Name is Becky Phelps I have been a Hair Stylist for 20 years, So I decided to take the plunge and go out on my own and open Shine Hair Designs. My Passion For doing this was just to stay guided and grounded in what I love to do for the people I love to work with. Having served in this area for such a long time it is a great honor and success to kinda become a part of the community! YES I LOVE HAIR, but it makes my heart happy bringing people together. In a short time SHINE HAIR DESIGNS has already become a place where Advanced stylists are expressing their creative talents, and Making Hair dreams come true.
